Organizational Structure
Southaven (MS) Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi has implemented an organizational structure that will help drive efficiency and growth in our noble organization. The Southaven (MS) Alumni Chapter has grown at an alarming rate, and in order to meet the needs of chapter members and the objectives of the Southaven (MS) Chapter and Kappa Alpha Psi as a whole, the structure involves subdividing key committees into groups where there are synergies.
